Megan had moved back home after living in the city for a number of years. It was time for her to re-evaluate her life. She was commuting into the city during the day for work and also teaching fitness classes at FlyWheel on nights and weekends. While teaching classes at FlyWheel, Megan became friendly with the studio manager. After a few months of getting to know each other, she mentioned they had a good friend named Morgan that she should meet.
Their first date was at Spin, a ping-pong bar in Manhattan. Morgan chose it for the first date because since Megan was a fitness instructor he wasn’t sure if she drank – so he wanted to pick an activity that they can do together that didn’t involve alcohol. How thoughtful!
The rest is history!
It was a typical Saturday for them – or so Megan thought – when they strolled through Madison Square Park on their way to Best Buy to look at TVs. Half way through Madison Square Park Morgan stopped and got down on one knee. It had snowed the day before so the park was basically empty – a beautiful, empty park for their dream proposal.
It was fitting that we headed back to Madison Square Park to take engagement photos – we even got a few at the spot where Morgan proposed! We can’t wait for their wedding next year!
