“You need to do a GREAT job at Kristin & Steve’s wedding. Do you hear me? Bring your A game, OK?”
These were the words reiterated to me by my wife Jackie just before Kristin and Steve’s Liberty Warehouse wedding on May 30th, 2014. Jackie and Kristin are good friends and old co-workers from their days as RN’s in the PICU. Needless to say, my palms were a bit sweatier that morning.
We started off at the Refinery Hotel where Kristin and Steve dressed and prepped for the big day. The morning was filled with champagne, jumping on beds, and an overall great time with friends and family. After Kristin and Steve exchanged hand written, personal cards, we were off to the ceremony at at St. Francis Xavier church. They exchanged their vows and were pronounced husband and wife.
We then headed to the Liberty Warehouse where the rest of the wedding would take place. For those who haven’t been or are trying to decide on a venue for their own wedding, The Liberty Warehouse is a spectacular one and should be bumped to the front of the list as a possibility. Overlooking the water with magnificent views of the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan, it’s one of my favorite places to shoot.
The Christopher Michael’s Band rocked the house that night and failed to disappoint yet again. The wedding was fantastic, every detail planned perfectly and it came together as Kristin and Steve had envisioned.
We hope you love their film and photographs as much as we do!
